Common use of Alternative Products Source Clause in Contracts

Alternative Products Source. If CCSI is unable to consistently meet --------------------------- GE's requirements for Products from a quality, quantity or delivery standpoint, CCSI shall promptly establish a second source of supply (as a vendor to CCSI) with a Third Party manufacturer designated by CCSI and approved by GE (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld), solely for the purpose of satisfying CCSI's obligations to supply Products to GE under this Agreement.
