Alternative Procurement Methods. The Project Board may approve the use of Alternative ProcurementMethods as allowed by Florida Statutes including Chapters 255 and 287, in place of the separate design and construction mechanisms described in Sections 8.1 and 8.3, including the procurement of a construction manager at risk.
