ALTERATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement may be altered by the Resident only by written agreement signed by both of the parties or by operation of law. This Agreement may be altered by the Owner by written agreement signed by both of the parties, by operation of law or in any manner provided for by the Mobilehome Residency Law or other applicable law.
