Field Examination and Other Fees Subject to any limitations set forth in Section 5.7(c), Borrowers shall pay to Agent, field examination, appraisal, and valuation fees and charges, as and when incurred or chargeable, as follows (i) a fee of $1,000 per day, per examiner, plus out-of-pocket expenses (including travel, meals, and lodging) for each field examination of any Loan Party or its Subsidiaries performed by or on behalf of Agent, and (ii) the fees, charges or expenses paid or incurred by Agent if it elects to employ the services of one or more third Persons to appraise the Collateral, or any portion thereof.
Handling Fees and Other Expenses All fees and out of pocket expenses relating to this Agreement, including but not limited to legal costs, costs of production, stamp tax and any other taxes and fees, shall be borne by Party C.
Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses (a) The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement and the Company shall promptly reimburse him for all such expenses, subject to documentation in accordance with reasonable policies of the Company.

PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council.
Travel and Other Expenses ODHS shall not reimburse Contractor for any travel or additional expenses under this Contract.
Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises.
Periodic Finance Charges and Other Fees The Seller hereby agrees that, except as otherwise required by any Requirement of Law, or as is deemed by the Seller to be necessary in order for the Seller to maintain its credit card business, based upon a good faith assessment by the Seller, in its sole discretion, of the nature of the competition in the credit card business, it shall not at any time reduce the Periodic Finance Charges assessed on any Receivable or other fees on any Account if, as a result of such reduction, the Seller's reasonable expectation of the Portfolio Yield as of such date would be less than the then Base Rate. Royalties and Other Payments A. For the rights, privileges and exclusive license granted hereunder, Licensee shall pay to CMCC the following amounts in the manner hereinafter provided. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, periodic payment obligations listed below shall endure through the Term of this Agreement, unless this Agreement shall be sooner terminated as hereinafter provided.
