Alt. 29. Requests the Adaptation Committee, in collaboration with the Least Developed Countries Expert Group, Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I of the Convention, the Standing Committee on Finance, the Technology Executive Committee and the Nairobi Programme on impacts vulnerability and adaptation, to consider the process, modalities outputs and outcomes of the technical examination process and to, if appropriate, incorporate the lessons learned and good practices from the technical examination process into their workplans.

Alt. A. Surveys. The Disbursement Agent and each of the Bank Agent and the Representatives of the Initial Purchasers shall have received A.L.T.A. surveys of the Site and the Site Easements, satisfactory in form and substance to the Title Insurer and each of the Bank Agent and the Representatives of the Initial Purchasers, dated no earlier than sixty (60) days prior to the Closing Date and certified to each such Person by a licensed surveyor satisfactory to each such Person, showing (a) as to the Site, the exact location and dimensions thereof, including the location of all means of access thereto, the perimeters within which all of foundations for the Phase I Project are located, and all easements relating thereto; (b) as to the Site Easements, the exact location and dimensions thereof to the extent capable of being described, including the location of all means of access thereto, and all improvements or other encroachments in or on the Site Easements; (c) the existing utility facilities servicing the Phase I Project (including water, electricity, gas, telephone, sanitary sewer and storm water distribution and detention facilities); (d) that such existing improvements do not encroach or interfere (in any manner that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect) with adjacent property or existing easements or other rights (whether on, above or below ground), and that there are no gaps, gores, projections, protrusions or other survey defects other than Permitted Encumbrances applicable to such real property; (e) whether the Site or any portion thereof is located in a special earthquake or flood hazard zone; and (f) that there are no other matters that could reasonably be expected to be disclosed by a survey constituting a defect in title other than the Permitted Encumbrances.
Alt. 1 for defects that exist at the time of conclusion of this Master Agreement or of the respective Order Form is excluded..
Alt. A. Surveys. Administrative Agent shall have received as-built A.L.T.A. surveys of the Site and the Easements with respect to such Project (or such other documentation acceptable to Administrative Agent), reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and the Title Insurer, certified to Administrative Agent as to completeness and accuracy as of not more than four weeks prior to Final Completion by a licensed surveyor reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, showing (a) as to such Site, the exact location and dimensions thereof, including the location of all means of access thereto and all easements relating thereto and showing the perimeter within which all foundations are located; (b) as to such Easements, the exact location and dimensions thereof, including the location of all means of access thereto, and all improvements or other encroachments in or on such Easements; (c) the location and dimensions of all improvements, fences or encroachments located in or on such Site or such Easements; (d) that the location of such Project does not encroach on or interfere with adjacent property or existing easements or other rights (whether on, above or below ground), and that there are no gaps, gores, projections, protrusions or other survey defects; (e) whether such Site or any portion thereof is located in a special earthquake or flood hazard zone; and (f) that there are no other matters that could reasonably be expected to be disclosed by a survey constituting a defect in title other than relevant Permitted Encumbrances; provided, however, that the matters described in clause (v) may be shown by separate maps, surveys or other information reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent.

Alt. A. Survey. The Collateral Agent and such Purchaser shall have received an A.L.T.A. survey of the Compressor Site; such survey shall be reasonably current and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchasers, shall be certified to Midla, the Collateral Agent and the Title Insurer by a surveyor licensed in Louisiana and reasonably satisfactory to such Purchaser and the Collateral Agent, and shall show such matters as such Purchaser and the Collateral Agent shall reasonably require, including, among other things, (a) as to the land, the location and dimensions thereof (including (i) the location of all means of access thereto and all recorded easements or encumbrances relating thereto, and (ii) the perimeter within which all visible improvements are located), (b) visible utility facilities servicing the Compressor Site (including water, electricity, fuel, telephone, sanitary sewer and storm water distribution and detention facilities, as applicable), (c) other than Permitted Encumbrances, that there are no Liens, including existing improvements that encroach or interfere with adjacent property or existing easements or other rights (whether on, above or below ground), and that there are no gaps, gores, projections, protrusions or other survey defects and (d) whether the land, or any portion thereof, are located in a special flood hazard zone.
