Allowance Rates. The following allowances apply to the Required and Occasional categories:
a) $0.50 per kilometre for the first 5000 kilometres within a calendar year.
b) $0.45 per kilometre for each kilometre thereafter within the same calendar year. All future kilometre rates for the first 5,000 kilometres will reflect 96% of the maximum applicable Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) per kilometre rate. The rate for annual kilometres in excess of 5,000 will be set five cents ($0.05) below the rate for the first 5,000 kilometres unless the resulting rate exceeds the maximum allowed by CRA in which case the CRA maximum shall be payable. Automobile allowance rates will be updated in accordance with CRA rates and applied January 1 of every year. a) The maximum per kilometre rate permitted by the Canada Revenue Agency (Effective January 1, 2012) All future kilometre rates for the first 5,000 kilometres will reflect 100% of the maximum applicable Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) per kilometre rate. The rate for annual kilometres in excess of 5,000 will be set five cents ($0.05) below the rate for the first 5,000 kilometres unless the resulting rate exceeds the maximum allowed by CRA in which case the CRA maximum shall be payable. Automobile allowance rates will be updated in accordance with CRA rates and applied January 1 of every year.

a) The maximum per kilometre rate permitted by the Canada Revenue Agency All future kilometre rates for the first five thousand (5,000) kilometres will reflect one hundred percent (100%) of the maximum applicable Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) per kilometre rate. The rate for annual kilometres in excess of five thousand (5,000) will be set five cents (5¢) below the rate for the first five thousand (5,000) kilometres unless the resulting rate exceeds the maximum allowed by CRA in which case the CRA maximum shall be payable. Automobile allowance rates will be updated in accordance with CRA rates and applied January 1 of every year.
Allowance Rates. 5.1.1 The allowance rates in this Section will be reviewed after June in each year taking account of rates paid by other APS agencies and will be specified in guidelines.
Allowance Rates. For the purpose of this clause, the whole of the on call period is calculated according to the day on which the major portion of the on call period falls.

Allowance Rates. 26.6.1 The following allowances shall be paid when the Agreement is lodged reflecting a once-off increase in accordance with clause 22.2 being effective from the first pay period commencing on or after 1st March 2007:
26.6.1.1 Higher Duties Team Leader - $60.00 per week.
26.6.1.2 Higher Duties Lab Relief - $60.00 per week.
26.6.1.3 Meal Allowance - $11.00 per meal.
26.6.1.4 Boiler Attendant - $22 per week.
26.6.1.5 First Aid - $11.00 per week.

40.1.2 The above allowances will be back paid as applicable for any pilot employed by the Company as at the Date of Commencement.
