Allowance Eligibility. (i) An Employee who is required to have six (6) or more Employees under his or her supervision; or (ii) An Employee who is required to supervise the work of several subcontractors, with full understanding of their work method statement, safety, quality and logistics; or (iii) An Employee who is engaged in work, which has responsibility and skills which are significantly higher than the CW level being paid; or (iv) An Employee performing the duties of an Employee Representative, Union Delegate or Health and Safety Representative.
Allowance Eligibility. (a) No physician may receive a PCA unless the physician occupies a position in a category or subcategory as set forth in sections 5.1 and 5.2 above with respect to which there are documented recruitment and retention challenges and which has been designated by the responsible agency official as requiring a PCA. (b) A physician occupying a position which is certified to require a physician and authorized by the appropriate agency official for receipt of a PCA shall enter into a Service Agreement for at least 12 months. (c) PCA amounts based on creditable Federal service are set forth in the Plan.

  • Overtime Eligibility An Employee must work at least fifteen (15) minutes beyond their normal shift before being eligible for overtime compensation.

  • Benefit Eligibility For purposes of the Benefit Plan entitlement, common-law and same sex relationships will apply as defined.

  • Vacation Eligibility Subject to the provisions of Sections 3., 4., 8., and 9. hereof, vacations with pay shall be granted during the vacation year to each employee, except upon dismissal for misconduct, who shall have completed a period of six (6)-months’ employment since date of engagement or reengagement, whichever is later, and who has performed work for the Company within the vacation year, as follows: a.   • Program Eligibility The COUNTY shall provide eligibility determination for those persons applying for home repair under this Agreement by using the following factors: 1. The applicant is a resident of the CITY; and 2. The total income for all members of the applicant’s household does not exceed 80% of the median income of the Kansas City metropolitan area, as determined by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; and 3. The applicant is the homeowner and must have occupied the property as a primary residence for at least six (6) months; 4. The property to be repaired is within the corporate limits of the CITY; and 5. When required, medical need will be substantiated and documented.

  • General Eligibility i. Except as provided in paragraph 2 (a)(ii) below, a teacher who received an evaluation rating of needs improvement or ineffective in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary. ii. A teacher who is in the first two full school years of instructing students who receives an evaluation rating of improvement necessary is eligible for salary increase.
