Allocation Transfers. 1. Requests to transfer funds from Program to Administration shall be submitted to CDA for approval with the original or revised Budget. 2. Transfers of Administration to Program funds are allowable. 3. Approved transfers and Budgets will be incorporated by reference into the current Agreement. 4. Transfers of funds cannot be processed or approved after the end of the specified Agreement period.
