Allocation of Purchase Payments. We place Purchase Payments in the Interim Fund(s) until the Index Effective Date. If the Issue Date is the Index Effective Date, we then allocate Purchase Payments to one or more of the Index Options according to your allocation instructions. However, if we exercise our right to allocate to the Interim Fund(s) during the Right to Examine Period, we will allocate the Initial Purchase Payment to the Interim Fund(s) until the end of the Right to Examine Period.
