Common use of Allocation of Energy between the Facility and the Other Facility Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Energy between the Facility and the Other Facility. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Energy produced by the Facility and the Other Facility will not be capable of separate metering at the Delivery Point, and the Energy generated in any hour (or shorter settlement period applicably under the ISO-NE Rules) by the Facility and the Other Facility (including any Energy not included in the Products or the Products being purchased under the Other Facility Agreement) will be allocated between the Facility and the Other Facility, and attributed to Energy being purchased by Buyer hereunder and under the Other Facility Agreement, pursuant to the process described in Exhibit E.
