Common use of Allocation of Collections; Segregation Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Collections; Segregation. The Master Servicer shall identify for the account of the Seller and Investors their respective allocable shares of the Collections of Pool Receivables in accordance with Section 1.3 but shall not be required (unless otherwise requested by the Administrative Agent or any Purchaser Agent, on behalf of such Purchaser Agent’s Purchaser Group) to segregate the funds constituting such portions of such Collections prior to the remittance thereof in accordance with said Section. If instructed by the Administrative Agent or any Purchaser Agent, the Master Servicer shall segregate and deposit into the Collection Account, the Investors’ Share of Collections of Pool Receivables, on the second Business Day following receipt by the Master Servicer of such Collections in immediately available funds. The Master Servicer shall, from time to time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Unmatured Liquidation Event or a Liquidation Event, at the request of any Purchaser Agent, furnish to such Purchaser Agent (promptly after any such request) a calculation of the amounts set aside for the Investors in such Purchaser Agent’s Purchaser Group pursuant to Section 3.1.
