Common use of Allocation of ADS Rights Clause in Contracts

Allocation of ADS Rights. Immediately after the Record Date, the Agent will allocate Warrants to each Holder as of the Record Date, on the basis of one Primary ADS Right for every two (2) ADS held by such Holder as of the Record Date and one Secondary ADS Right.
