Common use of Allocation Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Allocation Effective Date. “Allocation Effective Date” shall mean the date, as determined by the CDFI Fund, that the Allocatee has returned to the CDFI Fund an executed copy of this Allocation Agreement along with an acceptable opinion of counsel as set forth in Schedule 3 attached hereto. Once the CDFI Fund has received the required documents, an authorized representative will sign the Allocation Agreement on behalf of the CDFI Fund, insert the Allocation Effective Date, on the signature page of the Allocation Agreement and provide the Allocatee with notification of the Allocation Date and a copy of the signature page.
