Allocated Capacity Clause Samples

The Allocated Capacity clause defines the specific amount of resources, such as energy, bandwidth, or production output, that a party is entitled to use or receive under an agreement. In practice, this clause sets a clear numerical or measurable limit on the quantity available to each party, often specifying how and when this capacity is determined or adjusted. By establishing these limits, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of their rights and obligations, thereby preventing disputes over resource allocation and promoting operational certainty.
