Common use of Allocable Share Clause in Contracts

Allocable Share. With respect to each Property, the Contributors’ “Allocable Share” (which, as used in this Agreement, shall in all instances refer to the Allocable Share of the Contributors, collectively) of the prorations and adjustments for such Property pursuant to this Section 2.6 shall be the percentage set forth opposite such Property on Exhibit A-1.

Allocable Share. With respect to each Property, the Contributors’ applicable Contributor’s “Allocable Share” (which, as used in this Agreement, shall in all instances refer to the Allocable Share of the Contributors, collectively) of the prorations and adjustments for such Property pursuant to this Section 2.6 shall be the percentage set forth opposite such Property Contributor’s name on Exhibit A-1A-1 for such Property.
