Common use of Allocable Share Clause in Contracts

Allocable Share. As used in this Agreement, the term "Allocable Share" means, at the relevant time of calculation with respect to any Guarantor, a fraction, the numerator of which equals such Guarantor's Allocable Amount and the denominator of which equals the Allocable Amounts of all the Guarantors.
