Alliance Security Clause Samples

Alliance Security. As a condition of employment, all employees shall become and remain members in good standing of the Alliance within thirty days of their hiring. The Employer shall deduct regular monthly Alliance dues at the rate confirmed in writing by the Alliance from the wages of all employees covered by this Collective Agreement and shall remit the amount so deducted to the Treasurer of the Alliance. The Alliance shall indemnify and save harmless the Employer against any and all suits, actions, causes of action, claims and demands or any other form of liability arising as a result of any action taken by the Employer for the purpose of complying with this Article. Article notwithstanding, monthly Alliance dues shall not be deducted from the wages of co-operants until the date upon which their military service for the French Government ends.
