All Websites Registered. So long as this Agreement remains in effect, Licensee shall, upon Licensor’s reasonable request, provide Licensor with a list of all websites owned or operated by Licensee on which the Licensed Marks are displayed.

Electronic Record Search The Reporting Financial Institution must review electronically searchable data maintained by them for any of the following indicia:
Location of Records Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of Seller referred to in Section 6.1(m) or, upon 30 days’ prior written notice to Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 8.5 shall have been taken and completed.
Identifying of Records The Servicer shall identify its master data processing records relating to Pool Receivables and related Contracts with a legend that indicates that the Pool Receivables have been pledged in accordance with this Agreement.
FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-‐xxxxxx-‐icann-‐registry-‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).
Location of Books and Records The location where Seller keeps its books and records, including all computer tapes and records relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans and the related Repurchase Assets is its chief executive office.
Publication of Registration Data Registry Operator shall provide public access to registration data in accordance with Specification 4 attached hereto (“Specification 4”).
Marking of Records At its expense, the Seller will xxxx its master data processing records evidencing Pool Receivables and related Contracts with a legend evidencing that Receivable Interests related to such Pool Receivables and related Contracts have been sold in accordance with the Agreement.
Inspection of Books and Records Contractor will permit County, or any duly authorized agent of County, to inspect and examine the books and records of Contractor for the purpose of verifying the amount of work performed under the Scope of Services. County’s right to inspect survives the termination of this Agreement for a period of four years.
Transfer of Records In accordance with Sections 2.1 and 3.1, the Receiver assigns, transfers, conveys and delivers to the Assuming Institution, whether located on Bank Premises occupied or not occupied by the Assuming Institution or at any other location, any and all Records of the Failed Bank, other than the following:
Places of Business and Locations of Records The principal places of business and chief executive office of such Seller Party and the offices where it keeps all of its Records are located at the address(es) listed on Exhibit III or such other locations of which the Agent has been notified in accordance with Section 7.2(a) in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 14.4(a) has been taken and completed. Seller's Federal Employer Identification Number is correctly set forth on Exhibit III.
