All Settlement. Class Members who have previously executed CRAs from DuPont as part of the Imprelis® Claim Resolution Process, including those who already have received consideration, will be bound by these CRAs except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement should this Settlement become Final or in writing by DuPont. Should this Settlement become Final, these Settlement Class Members who have previously executed CRAs will receive the full benefits of this Settlement other than those relating to the Appeal Process.
