Common use of All Property of Borrowers Clause in Contracts

All Property of Borrowers. The Obligations shall at all times be secured by a perfected security interest or other lien upon all of Borrowers' presently owned and hereafter acquired Property, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, and Borrowers shall promptly execute and deliver such documents and take such other actions from time to time as Lenders may reasonably request to this end.
