All Hourly Providers. ‌ On July 1 of each year, all active employees who worked eighty (80) authorized and paid hours in any one (1) of the three (3) months that immediately precede July (April, May, June) shall be credited with sixteen (16) hours of paid time off. On February 1 of each year, active employees who worked eighty (80) authorized and paid hours in any one (1) of the three (3) months that immediately precede February (November, December, January) shall be credited with sixteen (16) hours of paid time off.
