Common use of All Extensions of Credit Clause in Contracts

All Extensions of Credit. The obligation of Lender to make any Advance or issue any Letter of Credit (including the initial Advance and the initial Letter of Credit) is subject to receipt by Lender of the items required by Section 2.5 or 2.11, as applicable, and such additional approvals, opinions or documents as Lender may reasonably request.

All Extensions of Credit. (a) The obligation of Lender to make any Revolving Advance or issue any Letter of Credit (including the initial Revolving Advance and the initial Letter of Credit) is subject to receipt by Lender of the items required by Section 2.5 or 2.112.10, as applicable, and such additional approvals, opinions approvals or documents as Lender may reasonably request.
