Common use of All Extensions of Credit Clause in Contracts

All Extensions of Credit. Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Agreement to the contrary, no Bank shall have any obligation to make any Loan (other than Revolving Loans made for the purpose of repaying Refunded Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.02(d) or for the purpose of paying unpaid Reimbursement Obligations pursuant to Section 3.04) and the Issuing Bank shall have no obligation to issue Letters of Credit under this Agreement unless:
