All Bargaining. Unit Members must attend the opening day orientation presentation and the Association meeting and will be compensated for a minimum of three (3) hours. Those Unit Members who work directly with students must stay a full day on Orientation Day. Custodians who would normally work a later shift will have their schedules adjusted on that day so they are on the clock during the morning meeting.
