Common use of All Bargaining Clause in Contracts

All Bargaining. Unit Members shall be credited with current sick leave at the beginning of the school year to a maximum of ten (10) days with credit to apply after reporting for duty on the first contract day, excluding Labor Day, of each year. ▇▇▇▇ leave shall be earned and accumulated at the rate of 1-1/4 days per month of employment, to a maximum of 15 days per year. Those terminating employment before completion of their contract and/or employed for parts of a school year will be credited at the rate of 1-1/4 days per month served. Accumulated sick leave is available only after current annual sick leave credit is used. The accumulation of sick leave shall be unlimited.
