All Bargaining. Unit Members shall be credited with current sick leave at the beginning of the school year to a maximum of ten (10) days with credit to apply after reporting for duty on the first contract day, excluding Labor Day, of each year. Xxxx leave shall be earned and accumulated at the rate of 1-1/4 days per month of employment, to a maximum of 15 days per year. Those terminating employment before completion of their contract and/or employed for parts of a school year will be credited at the rate of 1-1/4 days per month served. Accumulated sick leave is available only after current annual sick leave credit is used. The accumulation of sick leave shall be unlimited.
