Alcohol Testing. Alcohol Testing shall be accomplished by means of Breath Testing which shall be administered by a Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT). The Employer shall contract with a provider to perform such breath testing and only Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) devices certified by the Federal Government shall be used in the administration of such testing.
