The Alcohol Possession clause sets out the rules and restrictions regarding the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages within a specified context, such as on certain premises or during particular events. Typically, this clause outlines who is permitted to possess alcohol, any age restrictions, and may specify designated areas or times when alcohol is allowed. Alcohol possession. No driver shall be on duty or operate a commercial motor vehicle while the driver possesses alcohol.
