Common use of Alarm System Clause in Contracts

Alarm System. Within 30 days after Closing, Seller shall have the right, upon reasonable notice to Buyer, to dismantle any alarm monitoring system and disconnect any associated telephone lines. The alarm system itself will remain the property of the Buyer. If the system is portable, the Seller shall have the right to remove the system from the Property.
