Airports. As of the date of this Agreement, no airport authority at any airport at which the Company operates (each such airport, an “Airport”) has taken any action, nor, to the Knowledge of the Company, is any such action threatened, that would reasonably be expected to materially interfere with the ability of the Company to conduct its operations at any Airport in substantially the manner as currently conducted.
