Airframe Specification. The Airframe will be manufactured in accordance with the Specification.

Airframe Specification. The A330-300 Passenger Aircraft shall be manufactured in accordance with the A330-300 standard specification document number G 000 03000 issue 8, dated 30 October 2009 (the “▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Aircraft Specification”), a copy of which has been annexed hereto as Exhibit A Such A330-300 Passenger Aircraft Specification has been amended to reflect the following ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Aircraft design weights: The Seller and Buyer understand and agree that the ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Aircraft Specification may be amended following the signature of an amendment to the Agreement in accordance with the terms set forth in Clause 2 of the Agreement.

Airframe Specification. The relevant 2011 Incremental Aircraft shall be manufactured in accordance with the Standard Specification applicable to the relevant Aircraft type, as may already have been modified or varied prior to the date of this Amendment No. 8 by the Specification Change Notices listed in Appendices 1, 2 and 3 to Exhibit B2 hereof. The 2011 Incremental Aircraft shall be equipped with the Sharklets.
