Airfare. 5.1 The County will only reimburse up to a coach price fare for air travel.
Airfare. If airfare is purchased through Hope Costa Rica we cannot be held responsible for airline routing or schedule changes or mechanical, weather or capacity related flight delays. I understand that the air carrier’s liability for loss of or damage to baggage or property, or for death or injury to person, is limited by their tariffs, or the Warsaw Convention, or both. Travel arrangements involving airline and cruise components are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the supplier and/or government after you have completed your purchase. You hereby consent to any such price increases and authorize your credit or debit card to be used for them. Airlines and other suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms. Your execution of this Agreement signifies your consent to those terms and conditions. I VERIFY THAT I UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THIS STATEMENT BY INSCRIBING MY INITIALS HERE:
Airfare. Tour prices do not include domestic or international airfare unless expressly mentioned in the Tour’s descriptions. At times, Infinity or FA may quote the best price available for the travel dates requested at the time the quote is prepared to the best of its knowledge. Quotes provide an estimate only and are not a firm price commitment by Infinity or FA or the applicable air carrier(s). Infinity or FA acts only as a sales agent for the applicable air carrier, and the air carrier’s terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of the air travel ticket. Please consult the air carrier’s applicable terms and conditions and conditions of carriage for complete information including applicable cancellation terms. Infinity or FA is not responsible for changes in air itineraries or flight times and does not provide advice or alerts regarding air travel tickets, flight status, or delays.
Airfare. The Retreat Fee does not include airfare. Participant is strongly encouraged to wait until the trip is confirmed, before booking airfare or making any non-refundable travel arrangements. Host will not be liable for any damages incurred related to travel or travel expenses in the event of Cancellation or Postponement of the Retreat.
Airfare. The parties agree that the average cost, per trip, for airfare shall be $###. Airfare anticipated to be greater than $### shall require prior approval of County.
