Common use of Aircraft Documents Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Documents. Lessee shall return to Lessor, at the time the Aircraft is returned to Lessor, all of the Aircraft Documents, updated and maintained by Lessee through the date of return of the Aircraft. In the event of missing, incomplete, mutilated, or otherwise unacceptable Aircraft Documents, the Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, re-accomplish the tasks necessary to produce such Aircraft Documents in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.11.
