Common use of Aircraft Basic Price Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Basic Price. Article 3.1 of the Purchase Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced as follows: “Buyer agrees to pay Embraer, in United States dollars, for each Aircraft the sum of [*****], [*****] (the “Aircraft Basic Price”).”
