AIG. AIG shall cause Parent and its Affiliates to comply with the terms of this Agreement and the Master SMA Agreements; provided, that AIG’s obligations pursuant to this Agreement shall automatically terminate at such time as Parent is no longer a Subsidiary of AIG.
