Common use of Aid in Disposition Clause in Contracts

Aid in Disposition. Lessee agrees that during the last 180 days of the Term (and during the storage period set forth in Article 13(h)) it will cooperate in all reasonable respects with the efforts of Lessor to lease or sell the Aircraft, including, without limitation, permitting potential (or the prospective) lessees or purchasers to inspect the Aircraft and the records relating thereto, provided that the same shall not interfere with Lessee's use of the Aircraft or require Lessee to incur out-of-pocket expenses for which it is not reimbursed.

Aid in Disposition. Lessee agrees that during the last 180 days of the Term (and during the storage period set forth in Article 13(h)Section 18.11) it will cooperate in all reasonable respects with the efforts of Lessor to lease or sell the Aircraft, including, without limitation, permitting potential (or the prospective) lessees or purchasers to inspect the Aircraft and the records relating thereto, provided PROVIDED that the same Lessee shall not interfere with Lessee's use of the Aircraft or require Lessee be required to incur out-of-pocket expenses for which it is not reimbursedto be reimbursed or interrupt the use and operation of the Aircraft.

Aid in Disposition. Lessee agrees that during the last 180 days year of the Term (and during the storage period set forth in Article 13(h)Section 17.11) it will cooperate in all reasonable respects with the efforts of Lessor to lease or sell the Aircraft, including, including without limitation, limitation permitting potential (or the prospective) lessees or purchasers to inspect the Aircraft and the records relating thereto, provided that the same Lessee shall not be required for such purpose to interfere unreasonably with Lessee's the use of the Aircraft or require Lessee to incur out-of-pocket expenses for which it is not reimbursed.
