Common use of Aid Coverage Clause in Contracts

Aid Coverage. ‌ It shall be the right of the Company to engage, apart from seniority if necessary, an employee in any classification who shall qualify as a first-aid attendant in accordance with Workers' Compensation Board requirements, provided current employees are given reasonable opportunity to apply for the position of first- aid attendant.
