Agriculture Development Project. Randomized type and level of extension/training support to various groups, and testing spillover effects beyond the directly targeted beneficiaries. Evaluations will test impacts of combined and isolated interventions, as some producers will be receiving credit and/or irrigation as well as the technical assistance support.
