Common use of Agricultural Policy Clause in Contracts

Agricultural Policy. 1. Without prejudice to the provisions under Article 2 of this Agreement, the provisions of the Chapter II of this Agreement shall not restrict in any way the pursuance of the respective agricultural policies of the Contracting Parties or the taking of any measures under such policies, including and the implementation of the results of the Uruguay Round agreements.
