Common use of Agreements Enforceable Clause in Contracts

Agreements Enforceable. This Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to which the Originator is a party constitute the legal, valid and binding obligation of the Originator enforceable against the Originator in accordance with their respective terms, except as such enforceability may be limited by (i) applicable Insolvency Laws and (ii) general principles of equity (whether considered as a suit at law or in equity).
