Common use of Agreements Binding Clause in Contracts

Agreements Binding. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns. The covenants and promises contained herein shall be covenants running with the land and shall be enforceable against and to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
