When changes are made, Optimoz will make a new copy of this Terms of Use and/or Supplemental Terms, as applicable, available on the Service, and we will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Agreement. If we make any material changes and you have registered an Account with us, we will also send an email with an updated copy of this Agreement to you at the email address associated with your Account. Unless otherwise stated in such update, any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately for users without an Account and thirty (30) days after posting for users with an Account. Optimoz may require, you to provide consent to the updated Agreement in a specified manner before further use of the Service is permitted.
