Common use of Agreement Updates Clause in Contracts

Agreement Updates. We may revise and update this Agreement from time to time, and will post the updated Agreement to our Portal. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE AMENDED VERSION OF THIS AGREEMENT, ANY CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL APPLY IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING.
