Common use of Agreement to Serve Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Serve. Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as director and/or officer of the Company, at the will of the Company or under separate contract, if such exists, for so long as he is duly elected or appointed and qualified in accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws of the Company or until such time as he tenders his resignation in writing.

Agreement to Serve. This Agreement does not constitute an employment agreement or confer any employee or other compensation rights other than the rights with respect to indemnification, advancement or Expenses (as he tenders his resignation in writingdefined below) and, if any, maintenance of directors and officers liability insurance specified herein.
