Common use of Agreement to Serve Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Serve. The Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as a director or officer of the Corporation for so long as the Indemnitee is duly elected or appointed or until such time as the Indemnitee tenders a resignation in writing.

Agreement to Serve. The Indemnitee agrees to serve serve, or continue to serve serve, as a director or and/or officer of the Corporation Company for so long as the Indemnitee is duly elected or appointed or until such time as the Indemnitee tenders a Indemnitee's resignation in writing.

Agreement to Serve. The Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as a director or and/or officer of the Corporation or any Enterprise and, as Indemnitee and the Corporation may agree in writing, in any other capacity for the Corporation and/or as a director, officer, employee or agent of any other Enterprise, for so long as the Indemnitee he or she is duly elected or appointed and qualified in accordance with the provisions of the NRS, the Articles and the Bylaws, or until such time as the Indemnitee he or she tenders a resignation resignation. The Corporation acknowledges that Indemnitee is relying on this Agreement in writingso serving.

Agreement to Serve. The indemnification provisions provided under this Agreement shall continue for Indemnitee even though Indemnitee may have ceased to serve in such capacity at the time of any Proceeding.
