Common use of Agreement to Remain Shipper Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Remain Shipper. With respect to any Crude Oil or Products that are transported, stored or handled in connection with any of the El Dorado Assets, Frontier El Dorado agrees that Frontier El Dorado or another HollyFrontier Entity will continue acting in the capacity of the shipper of any such Crude Oil or Products for its own account at all times that such Crude Oil or Products are being transported, stored or handled in such El Dorado Assets.

Agreement to Remain Shipper. With respect to any Crude Oil or Products that are transported, stored or handled in connection with any of the El Dorado Assets, Frontier El Dorado agrees that Frontier El Dorado or another HollyFrontier Entity will continue acting in the capacity of the shipper of any such Pipeline Delivery, Tankage and Loading Rack Throughput Agreement (El Dorado) Crude Oil or Products for its own account at all times that such Crude Oil or Products are being transported, stored or handled in such El Dorado Assets.
