Common use of Agreement to Issue or Cause To Issue Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Issue or Cause To Issue. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Agent agrees (i) to cause the Letter of Credit Issuer to issue for the account of the Borrower one or more commercial/documentary and standby letters of credit (“Letter of Credit”) and/or (ii) to provide credit support or other enhancement to a Letter of Credit Issuer acceptable to Agent, which issues a Letter of Credit for the account of the Borrower (any such credit support or enhancement being herein referred to as a “Credit Support”) from time to time during the term of this Agreement.

Agreement to Issue or Cause To Issue. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Agent agrees (i) to cause the Letter of Credit Issuer to issue for the account of the Borrower one or more commercial/documentary and standby letters of credit (“"Letter of Credit”") and/or (ii) to provide credit support or other enhancement to a Letter of Credit Issuer acceptable to Agent, which issues a Letter of Credit for the account of the Borrower (any such credit support or enhancement being herein referred to as a “"Credit Support”") from time to time during the term of this Agreement.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Agent agrees (i) to cause the Letter of Credit Issuer to issue for the account of the Borrower any one or more commercial/documentary and Borrowers one or more standby letters of credit (“"Letter of Credit”") and/or (ii) to provide credit support or other enhancement to a Letter of Credit Issuer acceptable to Agent, which issues a Letter of Credit for the account of the any Borrower (any such credit support or enhancement being herein referred to as a “"Credit Support”") from time to time during the term of this Agreement.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Agent agrees agrees: (iI) to cause the Letter of Credit Issuer to issue for the account of any of the Borrower Obligated Parties one or more commercial/documentary and or standby letters of credit (each a “Letter of Credit”) ); and/or (ii) to provide credit support or other enhancement on behalf of the Lenders to a Letter of Credit Issuer acceptable to the Agent, which that issues a Letter of Credit for the account of the Borrower any Obligated Party (any such credit support or enhancement being herein referred to as a “Credit Support”) from time to time during the term of this Agreement.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Agent agrees (i) to cause the Letter of Credit Issuer to issue for the account of the Borrower Borrowers or, subject to the limitations set forth below, for the benefit of Affiliates of the Borrowers, one or more commercial/documentary and standby letters of credit (“"Letter of Credit”") and/or (ii) to provide credit support or other enhancement to a Letter of Credit Issuer acceptable to Agent, which issues a Letter of Credit for the account of the Borrower Borrowers (any such credit support or enhancement being herein referred to as a “"Credit Support”") from time to time during the term of this Agreement.
