Common use of Agreement to Cause Issuance Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Cause Issuance. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and in reliance upon the representations and warranties of the Borrower herein set forth, the Agent agrees to take reasonable steps to cause to be issued for the account of the Borrower and to provide credit support or other enhancement to banks reasonably acceptable to the Agent, which issue Letters of Credit for the account of the Borrower (any such credit support or enhancement being herein referred to a "Credit Support") in accordance with this Section 2.4 from time to time during the term of this Agreement.

Agreement to Cause Issuance. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and in reliance upon the representations and warranties of the Borrower herein set forth, the Agent agrees to take reasonable steps to cause to be issued for the account of the Borrower and to provide credit support or other enhancement to banks reasonably acceptable to in connection with one or more stand-by or merchandise/documentary letters of credit (each such letter of credit, a "Letter of Credit" and such letters of credit, collectively, the Agent, which issue "Letters of Credit for the account of the Borrower (any such credit support or enhancement being herein referred to a "Credit SupportCredit") in accordance with this Section 2.4 from time to time during the term of this Agreement.
