Agreement Termination and Breach of Agreement. 9.1 You should understand that you shall use the licensed software according to authorization scope, respect intellectual property of software and contents contained in the software, and perform obligations according to the Agreement when using Ayonz Pty Ltd's services. Ayonz Pty Ltd will terminate the application license if you are in material breach of the Agreement.
