Agreement Scope. This Agreement shall apply to current policies already placed and in force on the date hereof and all future policies which may be placed by InsureZone for Producer and to any outstanding debt on policies which were placed by InsureZone for any entity acquired by Producer. This Agreement may be terminated in accordance with the Termination Section above, but said termination shall not alter in any way the continued application of this agreement to insurance policies effected prior to the date of such termination.
